Return Policy

By purchasing from Rogue The Store, you are agreeing to the following terms:

  • To begin the return process, or for questions about a return, please email us at inforoguethestore@gmail.com.
  • All returns must be preauthorized by emailing us at inforoguethestore@gmail.com and are refunded back to the original form of payment.
  • Once your return preauthorization email is received, please allow 24 hours for response.
  • Damages and/or missing items should be reported to Rogue The Store within 72 hours of date of delivery by emailing us at inforoguethestore@gmail.com.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We suggest the purchase of insurance and a tracking number for traceability. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and provide the return tracking number, if applicable.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned items. You will receive a refund notification once the return has been processed.
  • Returns are subject to review upon receipt at Rogue The Store. We are not able to accept items that have been worn, washed, are missing tags (if applicable), have any detectible odor, or have pet hair.
  • If your return is not approved and you would like the item returned to you, you, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges to send the merchandise back to you. If arrangements are not made after 14 days of notification of your return denial, the items will go to a non-profit charity.
  • FINAL SALEitems (such as clearance or sale price) are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
